Visa Requirements

To visit Poland, you have to follow some rules called the Schengen Visa Code. You need to make sure you have these important papers:

Polish Visa application form: Fill out a special form on your computer, print it, and sign it.
Two identical photos: Get two photos that show your whole face with a light background.
Copies of your previous visas (if applicable)
Valid passport: Use a valid passport with at least two empty pages for the visa sticker. Make sure your passport is not too old and is valid for at least 3 months after you leave the Schengen area. It should also be no older than 10 years.
If you had visas before, make copies of them.
Round-trip Flight Itinerary: Show proof that you have a round-trip flight booked to enter and leave Poland. It should have all the details like flight numbers and dates.
Proof of accommodation: Have proof of where you’ll stay in Poland, like a hotel reservation.
Proof of sufficient financial: Prove you have enough money to cover your expenses in Poland. You should have at least 300 PLN or 67.76€ for every 3 days you stay, and 100 PLN or 22.59€ for each extra day if you stay longer. If someone else is paying for your stay, you need less money, about 20 PLN or 4.52€ a day.
A cover letter: Write a letter explaining why you want to visit Poland, how long you’ll stay, and when you’ll leave. Tell them all the details.
Proof of civil status: Show proof of your civil status, like a marriage certificate, your kids’ birth certificates, or other documents depending on your situation.
